Fun fact about Port Huron: It is home of the Eastern Most Tip of Michigan, located at Latitude: 42° 58' 15.10" N, Longitude: -82° 25' 29.68" W, placing it just 50 miles northeast of Detroit.
Port Huron is a growing and thriving community of almost 30,000 people.
Since the mid-2000s, the city has invested millions of dollars into its parks and recreation assets, both inland and along the waterfront, complete with new hiking and biking trails. City parks are home to many new and one-of-a-kind recreational resources.
Additionally, hundreds of millions of dollars have been invested in economic development projects in the city during that time, bringing new life to the downtown district and points beyond.
